Term of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to our platform. By purchasing our professional consulting, mentoring, or coaching services via this website, our checkout pages, or our direct Stripe payment links, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before completing your payment.

1. Business Identity & Tax Status

  • Service Provider: All services are rendered by Helena Papež s.p., a registered business entity operating under the laws of Slovenia, Europe.

  • Registered Address: Žlebej 1a, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia.

  • VAT/Tax Status: We operate as a small, non-VAT registered business entity. Value Added Tax (VAT/DDV) is not charged to your invoice in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1). The price displayed at checkout is the total final price.

2. Nature of Service & B2B Intended Audience

  • Business-to-Business (B2B): Our consulting, mentoring, and coaching programs are strictly professional development services designed for business owners, self-employed professionals, and corporate entities.

  • Commercial Purpose: By completing your purchase, you explicitly warrant that you are acquiring these services for professional, business, or commercial advancement purposes, and not as a traditional private consumer.

3. Execution of Services & Onboarding

  • Program Onboarding: Depending on the specific offer you purchase, your onboarding process may vary.

  • Welcome Packages: Digital welcome packages are included only for specific, designated programs (such as HOLY WORTH and GENIUS CODES). If a welcome package is explicitly advertised on the website for your specific program, it will be delivered digitally to you after successful payment.

  • Contracts for Long-Term Programs: If you are signing up for a long-term or multi-month program, a comprehensive contract/agreement will be issued to you electronically after your payment in full, first payment, or monthly payment is successfully processed. This agreement must be signed by you to officially begin our sessions.

4. Fees, Billing, and Refund Policy

  • Stripe Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your designated credit card or payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the highly customized, digital, and resource-intensive nature of high-ticket professional coaching and consulting, all sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds or money-back guarantees once a billing cycle has been processed via Stripe. Any exceptional refund considerations for long-term programs are governed strictly by your signed program contract.

5. Disclaimer of Outcomes

  • No Guarantees: While our frameworks are designed to accelerate business and personal growth, your success depends entirely on your own implementation, effort, and market variables. We do not make any guarantees regarding specific revenue figures, business outcomes, or financial projections.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service, your payment through Stripe, and our overall business relationship are governed exclusively by the laws of Slovenia, Europe.

  • Venue: Any legal disputes or claims arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
