I hear through the grapevine on Facebook that marketing and sales are harder for introverts and that consistency and focus are more difficult for extroverts. News flash. 

There is no personality frame that can stop your desire. These personality traits can help you manage yourself better, but never stop you in what you're doing.

There are several ways how you can show up, even without the Paris branding photos, Live FB every day, or having a team that prepares your copy that you then throw away...

None of my clients had that. C'mon, people have built their 6 and 7 figures without a website, with half a VA, and just focusing on client delivery, client results, and working on their copy getting better. I am one of them.

As in...and I hear this a LOT...it has to be perfect. It has to feel right, sound right, apply right, provoke the right people, and sell to the perfect clients too. A lot of rights, and a lot of conditioning. That is a self-worth issue, not necessarily a personality type issue. 

I have no problem showing up, as do my clients when I believe and know the topic, have my mindset in place, and am half prepared, and half winging it.

You are supposed to talk about relevant things from your work or life, but you forget you know them much better than anyone else does. That is your unique selling point. 

Marketing is, in my opinion, not a thing one can just outsource. You really need to know your method, your work process, and your sales and know what process works best for you in achieving amazing client results. I know that everyone can find their unique say in the matter of outsourcing.

All introverts have a lot to say. Sure, we find it may be more challenging as in how to say it.

So that takes practice. Not practicing will make you weak in marketing and slow in your intellect.

But when do introverts stand on the stage or host an event with a topic they care for? Everyone is listening, as there is always a highly relevant context in their content.

DO not let any personality frame to frame you.

DO use it to help you work on your corners.

YOU are much, much, much bigger than any philosophy or structure made around a person's personality.

And that? It wins every time you let yourself BE.
