The burnout era

My spiritual teacher, my massage therapist, my physiotherapist, my personal doctor, my best friend, my family members, my recent and former clients, movies, news...
Females and males.
All burnt out.
And unaware of the fact until the body gets sick and the pain becomes louder than all the positive affirmations.
I was a part of a larger wellness project for the last 1.5 years that while it "should work wonders" for the best wellness and wellbeing of the clientelle from all over Europe, my observation was that they all struggled deeply with something else than just "few extra kilos and/or a couple drinks & cakes too many".
The difficulty of having, expressing and holding boundaries for the sake of self care was what we discussed in every single client case.
From the high vibe beautiful blonde dutch sisters that committed to the wellness program every year for that extra umf to their already healthy and fit routine...
... to the Italian man in his 60's with substantial overweight problem and a forever "can't say no to mumma's pasta" answer that comes with giggles and childlike behaviour.

The "not enough" is one of the most present wounds in the world.
It prevents us from receiving all the wonderful things life has to offer.
It blocks us from feeling confident and deeply loved.
It is why so many people daily feel anger, disconnect, deep sadness.
Once we change that and feel stronger and become more rooted in the unconditional enoughness?
Life force starts to shine through us and we become energetically aligned with gentle truth, health and wealth.
Now... how safe would that make you feel?
